Activity:
Final Year Project 2 Briefing held at Gemilang Hall in conjunction with FAVARIOT IOT DAY 2020.

Objective:
1.    To give briefing on Final Year Project handbook, Project Development, Progress Report, attendance and assessment forms.
2.   To attend, understand and gather as much information during FAVARIOT IOT DAY 2020 held at Gemilang Hall.

Content/ Procedure:
On 19th February 2020, Final Year Project 2 Briefing held at Gemilang Hall in conjunction with FAVARIOT IOT DAY 2020 and attendance is compulsory. This event is conducted by R& I and Electrical Engineering Sections, UniKL BMI.

Date    : 19th February 2020
Venue : Gemilang Hall
Time    : 2.30pm – 5.30pm

Result and Analysis:
In this briefing we were told to:
1.   Assessment that need to be cover for FYP 2 which is final report (logbook/blog), presentation, and project proposal.
2.   FYP 2 should be continues after the proposal report with do the results & analysis, discussion, and conclusion of overall project.
3.     Marks weightage-
a.       Presentation        : 35%
b.       Logbook             : 20%
c.       Report                 : 35%
d.       Technical Paper  : 10%
Conclusions:
As a conclusion, the Final Year Project beefing was end. The next briefing is adjourned and all the objectives stated above is achieved.

Week No: 1 Date: 12 February 2020 Activity: The first week of Final Year Project 2 has begun, the first thing that need to be done is to continue progress report that had been done earlier previous semester. Objective: 1.        To plan and organize the 17 weeks for Final Year Project 2. 2.        To continue the progress report which is done earlier in previous semester for Final Year Project 1. 3.        To complete this semester accordingly as planned.
